Come this Monday, DRP will meet and script several skits for the “Power (Half) Hour”. The following week, hopefully, we will film most of them. This will be our next big ongoing project, alongside a United comic book, due to Gibby’s departure. Thanks for your patience; we have made it our renewed focus to give you comedy and material, something we have been lacking on as a team.

This move had a name. I think because they did it in one of the Marvel vs. Capcom games. Someone should help me remember what it was. 

Dallas - I am halting production on “The United” in favor of another endeavor with the universe: a comic book. Here in Hampton Roads, we have a homegrown imprint called Primal Paper, and Jake Perry and myself will be creating a presentation in hopes of meeting with the owners and, if all goes well, publishing “The United” in it’s full glory. Filming with our technical limitations takes a LOT out of the universe, and this provides a way to portray more characters and more concepts than we could initially. While I will still work on a live-action version, most of the effort will be into this. My ultimate goal with “The United” is a .hack style story focusing on various forms of media to sculpt this universe and give you the full picture. There will be written works on various sites, accompanied by assorted pictures detailing the events; a comic book (hopefully); and a live-action series on Youtube. Together, all these different things will give you the entire story, from start to finish.

Evan and Kevin find themselves in a tough situation when they are kicked out of Kevin’s dad’s house and thrust into the real world where the trials of life meet them head-on. Desperate to move back in with Pops, the two embark on a quest for money to prove to Pops once and for all that they are responsible enough to earn the right to move back in.

Dallas - Yesterday, the rest of DRP and I gathered at Theo’s house to do some Voiceover work for one of last year’s projects: Douchebags.

We have returned to work on “Douchebags”, are currently writing the script for “The United”, and are re-imagining the world and story of a forgotten project: “Super Freakin’ Theo”.

We are not gone, nor have we ceased work.

In other news: Edd Gould, one of my favorite animators on Newgrounds, passed away Sunday after a six-year battle with cancer. He will be greatly missed by the NG community, as well as the people he inspired. Myself included…

Hey, Dallas again. “The United” is still in production, albeit a little behind schedule. It was unavoidable. Just letting you all know though, as I’ve given myself a deadline to finish this by, and only divine intervention will stop me. I know we’ve been disappointing, pushing out little to no new material over the last year, including the still-in-progress “Douchebags” project, which is coming closer to being finished.
